Why we love it

Roots Kitchen was an absolutely delicious Sister Bay option this year. Rather than operating on a regular daily dining schedule, they offered meals more in a pop-up style—making each opening feel like a special opportunity to enjoy something thoughtful and locally inspired.

I am not sure what next season will bring, so be sure to check their website or social media before heading over to see when the kitchen is open and what is being served. It is definitely worth following along and planning your visit around one of their openings.
